We heartily appeal for your kind donation towards the construction of Boudh Vihar and various charitable activities in backward rural area of Marathawada in Maharashtra.
We are happy to inform you that a very big and attractive Boudh vihar and various training center is being constructed in the world famous Ajanta cause pilgrim area at Dhammaganga Boudh Vihar Jalgaon Sapkal Ta. Bhokrden Dist Jalna. As on date, the Plinth level construction is completed and Rs. Lakh have been spent on the construction and development infrastructure.
At the project site, a suitable Bhikku Nivas is constructed. Ven. Bhante Sanghpal is staying here and teaching Dhamma in surrounding 150-200 villages. Further, 1 KM approach Road, More than 650 Tree plantation, Underground pipeline/Drip irrigation and construction of 80x20 sqft two training halls are completed. At present, Training cum exposure visit to farmers, training for gruhudhyog for rural women, personality development for youths and Picnics/exposure visit for school going children are being organised at the project site. Especially, two Dhamma Parishads were organised in which 20-25 ven. Bhante have been preached to more than 8-10 thousands upasaks / upasika.
This project is being implemented through Smt. Gangubai Raghoji Salve Charitable Trust by Shri K R Salve, Retired Asst. General Manager NABARD/RBI, with the help of his relatives and friends. As already mentioned above, around Rs. 70.00 lakhs have been spent up to August 2018 and the total project cost is around Rs. 939.00 lakh.
